Returns
◆ As long as the product has no man-made damage and remains unused, you may request a refund within 30 days after receiving the product for any reason. However, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return for Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us by email and our support team will assist you.

We cannot process a refund if either of the following situations occurs:

The product is sent to the wrong address, including returning directly to the original shipping location without contacting us first.

The return shipment is sent using Cash on Delivery (COD).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are returning an item for exchange, the replacement product will be shipped after we receive your returned item. Delivery time for the exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:
